[ The brand ]
Avenue is the brokerage that opens the US stock market to Brazilian investors — investing in dollars, from a phone. After relaunching its brand, Avenue faced a new challenge: speaking to very different investors, from the bold young investor to the pragmatic executive, aged 25 to 75, across Rio, New York and Miami.
All while keeping a single identity, recognizable in every piece. Avenue uses Pupila, the brand technology platform, to produce on-brand image and video at the speed of the business — the same brand, at scale.
[ Challenge ]
Too much volume
Every campaign unfolds into dozens of versions by profile, age and market.
Generic AI broke the brand
An ordinary generator delivers an image — not the identity. Generic photos, off-palette, off-tone.
Consistency under pressure
Keeping lighting, color and style identical in every format and channel, every time, with no rework.
[ One brand, every investor ]
Strategic and pragmatic, cosmopolitan and conscious, bold and independent: each profile sees itself in the campaign.
Persona, age and market change from piece to piece. The identity doesn’t — with a peak of 372 on-brand pieces in a single day.

[ Solution ]
In the Brand Studio, every piece is born inside the identity — and the trade-offs that hold brand teams back stopped existing. Image, copy and video come from the same source; persona, age and market are filters in the platform, not instructions typed for every piece.

“Everyone notices this consistency. We have a brand that expresses itself in a very consistent way — and that has evolved a lot during this period.”
Ricardo Longo · CMO, Avenue
[ Every format ]
Feed posts, stories, covers, skyscrapers and leaderboards: each creative unfolds into the formats every channel requires.
The message adapts to the placement. The brand stays the same.

[ The takeaway ]
Avenue relaunched its brand and needed it to show up the same way for very different investors.
With Pupila, the same identity reaches every persona, age and market — at the speed of the business.
