[ The brand ]
Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional is one of Brazil’s largest private education groups, listed on the B3 — 13 strong regional brands such as Unicid, Unifran, FSG and Unipê, more than 1,515 learning centers, in 8 states. As different as they are, they all carry the same signature: the group’s star.
The challenge isn’t only keeping the star recognizable. It’s speaking to realities that have nothing in common — a Medicine applicant in Paraíba, a Pedagogy student in São Paulo, someone pursuing a master’s degree in the South. Same group, opposite journeys.
[ Challenge ]
Courses without their own campaign
Entire courses went live with a generic piece, or with no campaign at all. The right applicant never saw themselves anywhere.
Watered-down creative
Medicine in Paraíba and Pedagogy in São Paulo received practically the same image. Opposite realities, identical communication.
The risk of becoming a commodity
A public-model AI delivers a brand that is easy to clone.
[ Personalization ]
Cruzeiro stopped asking “which campaign are we going to create?” and started asking “which message does each applicant need to receive?”
One for every course, profile, region and moment of the journey — all with the same brand DNA.

“Before, we adapted the idea to the image we had available. Today, we create the right image for the idea.”

[ Brand Studio ]
With Pupila as infrastructure, every piece is created from the institution’s own visual foundation — on-brand from the start, before a single adjustment.
Fine-tuning by institution makes each brand’s star appear with the right identity: that is what separates this from generic AI, and what keeps the brand from becoming a commodity.

One campaign becomes dozens of outputs: image and copy on the same production line. Copy, persona, tone of voice and palette change with every version; the brand doesn’t.
Pupila is the infrastructure that keeps the brand relevant to every applicant, at any scale.

[ Every course ]
From Veterinary Medicine to Law, from Nursing to Architecture, every course now has its own visual expression — inside the same identity.
Personalizing at scale no longer depends on effort.
